They are very similar. Both tend to affect other similar places, but has generally the right to the outside of the elbows and knees, psoriasis, eczema during touched the inside of the elbow and behind the knees. Both effects on the scalp, both feet. But the big difference is that moist and oozing eczema may be a liquid. Psoriasis is dry. If the hands are affected, the nails do not have holes in their case it is psoriasis. Eczema leave no nail holes.
