It is in the Options page again today, since Yahoo updated.
"Change of name in Yahoo Mail
1. Click Options, Mail Options "link at the top right of the page of Yahoo Mail.
2. At the top of the page that opens in the box by "From", then delete what you have there, and enter a nickname or whatever you want to display in your outgoing e-mails.
4. The most important thing is to make the top left and click go to the Save icon.
