Ektelon Kennex fire (red) and Pro are really fast when new, but wear out quickly. If you are a little crazy for a quick start in the microwave for a while. We have it up in preparation for a tournament
* Edit * I do not remember exactly, but it was not very long 45 seconds, which I wan't to say, but I'm not 100%. Oh, and Just a heads up What's the bad smell and the impact of only about 10 minutes to return to normal operation. Even if you nuke is too long and suggests the wall hard enough, before breaking into pieces of 20 .... We enjoy that a cleaning. It's a bit of fun, but impossible to judge. Ektelon Fireballs are the best choice
